What a great find! This original copy of "Meet The Beatles" is not what it seems on the cover. As the story goes, as the Beatles' popularity grew, Capitol Records couldn't handle the demand, so, for a short time, they resorted to pasting the Beatles' artwork over less desirable album covers they had made. There were not many of these that were produced like this, though. This one is pasted over Arch Oboler's "Drop Dead!" Horror album. The cover slick has been partially peeled, and was done very well, so there are no tears anywhere. It could pretty easily either be glued back down or peeled the rest of the way. The rest of the cover is in very good condition, but has seen its better days. There is a good amount of corner and edge wear, along with some light surface staining from storage and age. The record is in good condition, but it has a LOT of light surface scuffs. This will play through just fine, but it will be a little noisy- especially in the quieter spots. The jacket is original, but it has started to split in the middle. I am including a new jacket as well.

These records are primarily meant to be played and enjoyed, and not necessarily “collector’s quality” unless otherwise stated. We try to understate the condition to be safe. As the buyer, it is your job to view the pictures carefully along with the product description. It is difficult to photograph many issues with vinyl, so that is why the description is so important. SHIPPING: Shipping costs are calculated by weight through eBay by USPS. All orders are shipped from Lynchburg, Virginia, so the farther you are, the more shipping will be. Heavy/bulky items are usually shipped FedEx. Orders placed before 1pm are ALWAYS shipped out the same business day. We are more than willing to combine shipment if you have multiple items that you are interested in.

PAYMENT: All orders are processed through PayPal. Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. After that, an unpaid item case will be filed. NO items will be shipped until cleared payment has been received.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for any reason. A refund will only be given once we have received the item back. Please contact us before returning anything.
