Meet The Beatles LP
Rare "no credits" label Time to let go of one of my favorite acquisitions
I hate to part with this, but as George said, all things must pass.
I picked this up at an estate sale some years ago, and it appeared to have been kept in the same box since way back in the day. The condition of this album is very nice, though it does have faint scuffs, fingerprints and some label wear. I'm going to call it a solid VG+, and I'm tempted to add another + just because it looks so good to the naked eye. I don't have a turntable to listen to this, but I believe you will be happy with my assignment of the VG+ grade. It could use a professional cleaning to remove the fingerprints, dust etc.
This is an east cost (Scranton) pressing with the following matrix numbers:
side 1: T1-2047-F3
Side 2: T1-2047-F1
The cover is in great shape, with lots of gloss, as you can see from the my reflection as photographer. The borders are nice and white, and the only issues are some light marks around the edge, and a slight crease near the bottom opening edge, most evident from the back side. There is no George Martin credit on the cover. I'm giving the cover a solid VG+ as well.
While I believe the album and jacket are an original pair, it had no inner sleeve when I acquired it. I am including what I believe to be an appropriate sleeve, though it is not in the best condition. It has a rip, a 4" seam split along the bottom, a crease in one corner and some significant toning.
