8. The item will be sent registered post, and will therefore need a signature on delivery. Please make sure that the address given will be the correct delivery address. If nobody has signed for the item when delivered it is up to you to contact the post office and reschedule a delivery with your details and a tracking no. 11. If you would like a refund then you must send the item back at your own cost! This must be recorded delivery to be signed for on delivery. After full inspection of the item and myself being happy that the item has been returned in the same condition that it was sent I will then refund you the price for the item to your PayPal account.
