On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Moody Blues called 'Days Of Future Passed' and is a 1967 UK MONO 1st pressing on the 1st Press LARGE 'Grooved' Deram label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING!!!! THIS LP TOOK A LONG TIME TO START SELLING AFTER RELEASE AND INITIALLY SOLD VERY POORLY. AS A RESULT MOST COPIES THAT TURN UP ARE LATER PRESSINGS WITH NO GROOVE ON THE LABEL AND DATE FROM 1968/9. BUT THIS ONE IS A 100% GENIUNE 1967 UK 1ST PRESSING WITH A 'GROOVED' LABEL AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS THE FAR FAR RARER MONO 1ST PRESSING (MOST WERE STEREO) AND IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1967 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GROOVED' LARGE DERAM LABELS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS MONO LAMINATED 'CLOUT & BAKER' COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING WITH 'GROOVED' LABELS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Deram 1967 UK MONO 1st pressing and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is DML 707 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Grooved' Deram Label (see picture) and is a UK 1967 MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Moody Blues at their best!!!! Any fan of The Moody Blues, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 1 TINY hairline, only 1 NON sounding wispy MEGA light scuffline, only 2 or 3 MEGA light NON sounding surface traces, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, only a very VERY few MEGA light clicks/pops (virtually inaudible) from the TINY hairline, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and only the VERY occassional touch of MEGA low level background crackle in a VERY few places!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also has its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press MONO Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few light creases, VERY shiny laminate and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in PERFECT condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, NO wear and NO yellowing AT ALL!!!! IN FACT THE COVER BACK IS 100% WHITE - AND LOOKS EXACTLY AS IT DID IN 1967!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS 100% GENIUNE 'GROOVED' MONO 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
