HOLLYWOOD PRESSING WITH MATRIX J2 PP8070-2S (Side 1) and J2 PP8071-2S (Side 2) — the 2S Code indicates the vinyl was pressed in Hollywood as opposed to Indianapolis or Rockaway.
"NEW ORTHOPHONIC" HIGH FIDELITY / LONG 33 1/3 PLAY ON LABEL. SONG 5 ("POOR BOY") ON SIDE 1 LISTED ON 3 LINES.
MINT JACKET WITH PARTIAL SHRINK WRAP. A 4" x 4" section of shrink on the lower right corner of cover missing and about 1/2-2/3 of the shrink on the back is missing. There is a 1/4" mark on Elvis's neck on the back cover—evident in the photo. Despite what photo flash may capture, the corners and top of the jacket are mint—absolutely no soiling. MINT VINYL -- I CANNOT FIND A SINGLE SCRATCH OR MARK. THE LABELS ARE TRULY MINT EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE SPINDLE MARKS ON SIDE 2--SUGGESTING THAT ONLY SIDE 1 WAS PLAYED. (Note that photos are picking up some residual dust.)
NO INNER SLEEVE. I cannot account for what happened to the sleeve but record has been stored with the jacket in a separate plastic sleeve.
