Description
This is a RARE copy of MINOR THREAT that is also titled MINOR THREAT. This Repress is the 4th pressing limited to 2000. Blue Sleeve version with silver labels. Released in 1981 on DISCHORD records [Dischord N°3] I've had all of the colors of this record and the sleeve was open or unglued on all of them to reveal "Flex your head" supposedly hand written by Ian MacKaye. See photos. Unfortunately this copy is without the insert, if included would add substantially to the value. The sleeve is in excellent condition. I didn't attempt any cleaning on it. I did however place it in a new clear protective sleeve. The record is in near perfect condition. Side one would be near perfect but has what appears to be a 3 inch light needle skip. I've attempted to capture it in the photos. I have not test played. Test play by Request only. Side one matrix runout is [ NR-12811-B JE]. the record label is near perfect and the spindle hole in excellent condition. So side one in my opinion is better than VG+ but not quite NM because of the mark and so I would grade it EX/VG ++. Side two is near mint condition with only the finest imperfections NM. The record has been placed in a new big fudge archival sleeve. Feel free to ask questions or request specific photos. I do my best to describe accurately and grading is subjective. This record is a grail for punk collectors and the last one I have of this catalog #. I may decide to ship this at my cost in such a way that requires a signature confirmation.
