Minor Threat - In My Eyes 7" 
3rd pressing with blue labels. 2000 copies made.
Dischord Records No 5
The sleeve has what looks like a glue spot on the bottom right of the back cover (see picture). The seam glue has come apart (also pictured). Insert is perfect. Obviously, it has the folds. 
I played the record while posting this and it sounds great.
