The Mike Westbrook Concert Band LP ' RELEASE '
Released in 1969 on the Deram Label ( Stereo SML 1031 )

Rare 1st pressing 1969 album. The second by the Westbrook band on the highly collectable Deram label. The band contains the cream of the UK modern jazz scene- Westbrook (pno)/ John Surman (bar)/ Mike Osborne (alto)/ Bernie Living (alto)/ George Khan (ten)/ Dave Holdsworth (tpt)/ Malcolm Griffith (tbn)/ Paul Rutherford (tbn)/ Harry Miller (bs)/ Alan Jackson (dms).
Westbrook programmed the record as one continuous piece, mostly his own compositions but with some standards.

Condition:
Sleeve: Is in EX Condition. Laminated front cover. A few light creases running down the spine. Back cover un-laminated nice clean and tidy.The spine is clear with all writing totally visible.
Record: Is in EX condition. Plays through superb.
The two labels are in perfect condition. Both are very clean with no writing, stickers or tears and very little visible spindle wear.
Insured postage expected.
