Comments: On offer here, from my own Progressive / Jazz-Rock collection,is a RARE ORIGINAL UK MCA records first pressing of the excellent 1972 album by the legendary Danish progressive / jazz-rock band MIDNIGHT SUN .

MIDNIGHT SUN were a progressive jazz-rock/fusion group from Denmark, whose style was influenced by contemporary bands such as TRAFFIC and fellow Danish prog legends BURNIN' RED IVANHOE. They first started out as RAINBOW SUN, but soon had to change their name, after it was found that a Canadian group had already taken it. They released four studio albums during their career,"Walking Circles" is the third,and like all the others features stunning cover art-work designed by the legendary British artist Roger Dean. 

Along with the excellent Burnin' Red Ivanhoe and Pan, Midnight Sun were one of the earliest progressive rock bands from Denmark to be given (fairly) mainstream release and on the whole they are the best. This really is an essential album if you're into early seventies scandinavian prog/jazz/rock. 

This fabulous MIDNIGHT SUN LP would be a fine addition to any 1970's progressive / jazz-rock collection.
