I am selling for a friend and here is his story: I bought this album as an investment in 1982, while stationed with the U.S. General Accounting Office in Frankfurt Germany. The package is addressed to me c/o AmConGen APO New York, NY. It was the only album I ever ordered directly from MFSL and did not open the shipping package so as to preserve the shipping container intact for investment value. The album has been on an interesting trip with me over the years. It travelled back with me from Germany to the DC area where I worked at the GAO main office for five years. I then transferred to our satellite office at The US Department of Energy outside DC in Maryland auditing the nations nuclear weapons facilities . From there I transferred to our Chicago branch office for thirteen additional years. It was during this time the album disappeared. I always assumed it was somewhere in the Downers Grove house but I never found it before the divorce in 2004. And so I was surprised when my x-wife sent me a surprise box full of memorabilia in 2016. The box included a variety of old artifacts and SGT PEPPERS. Damn! If the buyer wishes me to do so, I will recount some of my many adventures between 1980 and 1983 in the Eastern Bloc, Berlin (MOUT - military operations in Urban Terrain) and all over Africa.
