MESSENGERS/GOOD NEWS - Born Again (Private) 1971
Excellent Private Pressing Split LP by these Jesus Freaks from Vermont. Side 1 "The Messengers" is great jangly dreamy Garage Psych with Organ, Guitar, Bass, Drums and occasional heavy crude Fuzz guitar. Outstanding track being the close to 5 minute "The Right way" which is right up there with some of the best heavy Fuzz psych tracks in this genre. Side 2 "Good News" is a very pleasent gentle Folk duo also much better than most in this bag. Please also view Ken Scott's great review in his "Archivist" book. Cover, which uses the same design as the Agape "Gospel Hard Rock" LP is very clean except for seamwear on top, no splits so VG++, Record beautiful NM!! Insurance is up to the Buyer at an additional cost , Canada is $6 airmail. Overseas costs $12 to Europe for small packet airmail, $13 to Asia and Australia. Additional LP’s are $3 each!
Records are professionally packaged in Standard LP Mailer Boxes with additional cardboard protection. Records are always separated from the covers to prevent any seamsplits during transport.
