The record looks to be in excellent condition, with only very small wispy hairlines / paper scuffs visible. There is some light clicking on some tracks, but for the most the sound is excellent, rich, deep and clear.  The record would probably benefit from a proper cleaning.
 The gate-fold sleeve is in excellent condition, but does have a small tear on the front bottom left, (see photos). If you have any questions, please ask.
 ALL RECORDS  ARE SEPARATED FROM THEIR SLEEVE AND  SECURELY PACKAGED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS
