Black Patch - BP 100. Los Angeles CA USA 1967 - Students at Hollywood High School formed this group, led by Steve Hermann. The recording studio was conveniently located across the street from the school. The 45 was financed by Steves's father, Cleve Hermann, a legendary radio and TV commentator who wore a black patch (thus the label name). The band lineup was Steve Hermann lead vocals, Adam Rado drums, Aleks Ilich lead guitar, Rick Reeder bass guitar, Bob Samuels rhythm guitar, Jan Bird guitar.
Recorded at Emperor Studios in Hollywood. Owned by a DJ at radio station KFWB, Emperor Bob Hudson
