Description

Black label with silver "T" logo.  This is a stereo recording in a mono jacket with a stereo sticker. The record number is V6-8286. MGM pressing. Entitled "Lee Konitz with Strings". Please note that there is a clear autograph of Lee Konitz in the top margin of the front cover.  9 tracks ( the track "Music For Alto Sax And Strings" is on 3 tracks). Konitz plays with a string quartet that includes Gene Orloff. Lou Stein, piano, arranged and conducted by Bill Russo.  Recorded in NYC in 1958.

Cover:  VG++   Intact and clean.  Slight overall aging. Close to Mint. Fine condition.

Record:  Mint(-)   Visually shows no wear.  Mo markings on the vinyl surface.  Possibly played only 1 or 2 times with care.  4 faint clicks on Side 2, Track 1 about mid Track with 1 isolated click further long the Track. Except for this slight noise, no other surface noise. Fine, collectable quality. Audibly checked
