Description

Genuine and original 1st pressing from 1976. Lots of copies out there - but the GENUINE 1sst copies are way better quality than the multitude of poor imitations. So, if you value your Zep audio make sure you locate a genuine 1st. Matrix A/B/C/D. Etching "EG". The pressing weight is decent - many copies are very flimsy. Note that label design is precisely in keeping with genuine 1st layout. The cover is much better quality than the reissues - 'Made In Great Britain'. High quality card and should be textured and embossed. Two genuine elliptical cut inners So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen light use. Super lustre. Under close inspection there are a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals  a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one minor deviation per side.. Lovely quiet intros and inbetweens and the audio comes across with superb clarity. A really super player with little sign of background - throughout. And it plays amazingly well. Just a couple of minor ticks per side that is all....Really clean-signalled so you can make out every last nuance. Nice and clean into the quiet moments of No QTR. At worst just slightest presence once or twice - like in the uber lowkey moments of MDick. But this rendition alone is way better than what typically surfaces. I can hear all the wolf whistles, individually, in the crowd. Stairway - mesmeric! A stunning player and one that helps bookend Zep's classic period very nicely. Must be in everyone's collection. Just make sure you get a great copy..! Stunner.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Love it - why can't all covers look this cool! The finish on this cover looks amazing. Hardly ever do you find it without surface wear - this is highly highly impressive. The rear looks sweet too - clean as anything and not a whiff of ageing. Edge wear is pretty much absent and the cover still retains firm openings. Interior and photo pages -near perfect. The spine is 99% intact [almost never happens]. Overall the cover retains great rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex-) No splits. Slightest edge wear.
