Untitled fourth album
Atlantic 1971
A beautiful original copy with plum labels and Porky/Pecko Duck etchings on the runout.
The vinyl appears barely played, if at all, and the sleeve retains a beautiful vibrancy with the classic pinkish tinge of the original copies though I have noticed a small 'D' in biro at the bottom corner on the back.
The notoriously fragile inner which, while complete, is split across the bottom edge.
This is version '8', the last issue before Atlantic changed to Green and Orange labels. It has the transition sticker on the reverse of the sleeve with the new catalogue number. These stickered sleeves are very desirable as the sticker is a mark of its authenticity as an original sleeve. Many plum copies that appear for sale have a later sleeve swapped in - they are more robust than the originals which tend not to survive as well.
Superb copy graded as NM/EX+ with a VG inner.
