Great Line-up: Stanley Turrentine, Kenny Burrell and Donald Bailey

Rare US 1st pressing on the Blue Note Label BLP 4078 New York USA Labels, RVG and Ear Mark to Run-Out


Visually under very bright light the vinyl is a decent example with a bright sheen, has numerous light play traces, and light paper scuff traces (Visually VG+). The record has been cleaned on my Okki Nokki machine and through my system, plays bold loud bright and punchy, with great rich tone as is to be expected of a top quality early Blue Note pressing. No real audio flaws, there is some regular light background surface noise and static ticks in places. Which doesn’t detract much from a very enjoyable audio experience. May improve with further cleaning. 

Overall Audio: VG+/EX-

The Labels are clean, numerous light spindle traces VG+


The 43 West 61st St sleeve is a decent example, some minor discolouration and corner knocks etc. See photos, a nice copy EX-
