HISTORY... The untitled fourth studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, commonly known as Led Zeppelin IV,[a] was released on 8 November 1971 by Atlantic Records. It was produced by guitarist Jimmy Page and recorded between December 1970 and February 1971, mostly in the country house Headley Grange.


The album was a commercial and critical success and is Led Zeppelin's best-selling album, shipping over 37 million copies worldwide. It is one of the best-selling albums in the US, while critics have regularly placed it highly on lists of the greatest albums of all time. In 2010, Led Zeppelin IV was one of ten classic album covers from British artists commemorated on a UK postage stamp issued by the Royal Mail.

The outer gatefold is in really nice condition for age. It has no splits or tears and has a beautiful spine. Some age wear to corners, edges, spine and other minor imperfections etc as to be expected for an item of this age.


The vinyl has retained a beautiful glossy sheen in appearance and sits flat to the surface. Labels and spindle holes are equally as nice and shows the saught after plum/orange Atlantic labels which show the  UNCORRECTED 'Mountain TOP ' ERROR!  'Porky' and 'Pecko Duck' to the dead wax. Has a couple of really light insignificant no feel surface lines - excellent.


The often missing Led Zeppelin protective inner is also included - abd is probably the best I have come across so far!! No splits or tears, only minor imperfections - excellent



OVERALL A LOVELY AND SOUGHT AFTER PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL COLLECTION.
