Description

On offer from my personal collection is this early repress, on the orange/green label, of LED Zeppelin’s iconic unnamed fourth album (IV) popularly referred to as ZOSO. Although I have an original, first pressing of this album I am not selling it for sentimental reasons. However, on offer, is an excellent early repress on the orange/green label with the four symbols on the labels.


As always I have play graded the album and can confirm there are no scratches, pops or clicks and minimal surface noise throughout. In the light there are a couple of hairlines visible that have no impact at all on the quality of the vinyl. There are no marks on the labels and minimum spindle wear. I am happy to classify the vinyl as at least EX. The outer cover and card inner are in superb condition with no creases or marks on either and little sign of aging after fifty three years of ownership. It has been extremely difficult to determine the exact date of release from the usual sources. This is a great opportunity to own an early copy of this iconic album for any collector.
