Description
Original vinyl pressing of Led Zeppelin II. This is the "hot mix" version with RL in the gutter on side 1 and RL SS on side 2 (see pics). This record is "well-loved" to put it gently, with lots of visible scuffing, etc.
But most importantly, I just listened to the whole thing, and here's the SKIP REPORT:
Whole Lotta Love has a single skip in the guitar solo part. If you know the album, you'll notice it for sure.
Heartbreaker has one skip early in the song and then three more right in a row later in the song.
If Heartbreaker is your favorite song on the album, this isn't the copy for you.
But those 5 (1 in Whole Lotta & 4 in Heartbreaker) skips are the extent of it. There's noticeable surface noise sometimes, but that could possibly be minimized with a good cleaning. I found this in the wild and didn't try to clean it at all, and overall it sounds AMAZING. Believe the hype on this RL thing, it definitely makes a big difference.
Sleeve is alright with the spine being the most worn part. Inner gatefold looks really good. The Atco inner sleeve (which I thought was a mistake until I looked at other listings on here) is split slightly on the bottom.
