LP - 33 1/3 - RCA Victor Program Transcription L-7001 - Leopold Stokowsky - Philadelpia Orchestra
Rates E record is clean, several light scratches, sticker on label, played well on my Dual 1218 turntable, noticeable but not overpowering background noise, side 2 pops 4-6 times at the beginning but did not skip - this is a vinyl record not shellac

I believe these are from the very early 1930s and were RCA Victor's first production of 33 1/3 rpm records. They did not sell well and are somewhat rare.

My grading scale is not complicated. Mint (M, M-) means like new with only the slightest of scuffing. Excellent (E, E+, E-) means minor scuffs, scrapes, label wear, light scratches that do not affect the play. Good (G, G+, G-) means scuffing, scraping, scratches, acceptable playing with noticible noise. I try not to sell records that are warped or that skip unless noted. These are records I have picked up while expanding my own record collection.
