Shipping to the U. S. is by the United States Postal Service’s Media Mail.  The
buyer pays a shipping, packing and handling fee of $3.99.  This includes USPS
delivery confirmation (only available for U.S. shipments), mailer and packing
material.  U.S. buyers can upgrade to priority mail for an additional cost.

Shipping to other countries is by the United States Postal Service's First
Class Mail International.  Priority Mail International is an option.  The rates
for those services are based on where the shipment is going and the weight
of the package, so there's no one rate for all areas.  I believe that ebay will
calculate the costs for you.  If not, please email me for the rates, which include
special mailer and packing material.  First Class Mail International costs (a lot)
less, is probably only slower to the US airport, but is not insurable.  Priority
Mail International costs (a lot) more, is probably only faster to the US airport,
but is insurable.

All items will be expertly packaged to prevent damage in shipment.
