Record and cover in very good condition at age 64.   Please see all the pictures.  
THE COVER:  EX-
The record was stored vertically, so it has no ringwear. 
The artwork is bright and as originally designed. Still, it has age and handling issues.  The open side is lightly fingerworn, the top has a 1.5" split at the open side, and
the lower left corner has a light bend and fraying.


THE RECORD:  EX++ Side 1: 2s            Side 2: 3s
The record has been play-graded.  It has nice gloss and no scratches.  There was no distracting noise found, no pops, though there were a very few of the faintest  tics, which may offend only the stiffest hardbutt, and as all LP listeners know can be heard on a brand new record.

My current Elvis Presley offerings are from the estate of a friend's family.
I'm proud to list them; they were well cared for, well protected
