ORIGINAL PRESSING album on PARLOPHONE RECORDS PCS 7093 from vintage 1970
in STEREO.

Great heavy organ-driven progressive psych from a much vaunted group!!
This heralded the impending times of rock that (stablemates) bands like The Gods (Uriah Heep to be) and Deep Purple & The Nice were champions of.
There's a 'concept album' feel about this album too, in that the cohesive flow of the tracks works so well as to be heard as a complete works.
It is an outstanding LP, and with it's total lack of any success - I am sure Norman Haines must have felt rather hard done-by. A couple of singles were lifted off the record, with 'Mr. Armageddon' the better known.
Recorded at Abbey Road, this magnum opus had a 'pedigree upbringing' indeed, and featured several luminary session players too. Apparently being on a big lable didn't lead to good promotion, airplay... or sales, as Parlophone did nothing more for this group as they had for The Koobas either.
There are some rare psych records spoken off in revered tones, like Rainbow Ffolly, July on Major-Minor and The Open Mind on Philips - but so often these are disappointing, over-rated for their rarity alone. Here's a seriously quality album though, and well worthy of repute.
BELIEVE YOUR EYES - THIS IS THE ORIGINAL PRESSING 1st ISSUE IN STUPENDOUS CONDITION!! Need I tell you "don't let this get away" or it'll be a regret, a fisherman's story!
Truly a LANDMARK DISC, which I am proud to present here for auction in such top shape.

The vinyl is in ASTOUNDING NM- condition, with FULL SHINE and VERY well preserved and looked after.
PLAYING QUALITY is really wonderful, EXCELLENT clarity. It's very clear and clean throughout, NO problems whatsoever.
The white and silver-text lables are lovely, no tears or pen, very little sign of ANY playing or handling! There is a "FACTORY SAMPLE" sticker on side-1 (which may give a clue as to how this album has been so well preserved)
This single-sleeve LAMINATED COVER has light wear, clean rear paper and grades a very decent VG++.
