Label:   HERALD.  Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl.  Label is flat black with silver text, with deep groove.  Catalog number is HLP-1012. 

Year:  1957.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is gorgeous NM/NM- with 100% of original blazing gloss, as clean as can be found.  Side 1 is flawless NM, simply amazing.  Side 2 is near flawless with the exception of one slight cosmetic blemish midway through Track 5 which is not audible.  Both sides play NM with awesome crystal-clear fidelity, an amazing listening experience especially on an LP of such rarity.  From all appearances, this legendary blues LP has been most likely been played but one time, and handled with utmost care.  For the serious aficionado who insists on top condition!

JACKET:  Jacket is EXCELLENT with nearly flawless front and back panels.  Art work is clean and bright, with vivid colors.  Seams and spine are excellent.  Minor wear at corner tips, and a small nick on bottom seam near the left corner, nothing serious.   Reverse panel has darkened slightly with age.  No writing, stickers, or other issues.  You will be hard pressed to find one this nice!
