Description
Led Zeppelin’s fourth album is arguably their most famous, containing the radio hits “Black Dog,” “Rock ‘n Roll,” and “Stairway to Heaven.” The album was officially untitled, and has been referred to by various names – “ZOSO”, “Runes” and most commonly, “Led Zeppelin IV.”
Originally issued in 1971 as SD-7208, Led Zeppelin IV was reissued in 1977 with a new catalog number – SD-19129. That was done when Atlantic changed the numbering system for their entire catalog, and that’s the number the album had until it finally went out of print on vinyl in the late 1980s.
This is 1977 issue. It’s a fairly early issue, with two hype stickers – one on the front cover listing “Stairway to Heaven” and one on the back listing the song titles for the album. Later issues do not have the second sticker.
The wrap is fully intact, slight shredding near opening.. Back hype sticker slightly rumpled and light rub wear..Pesky Pecko Duck in dead wax.
