Description
HERE is a lovely copy of Led Zeppelin III on UK plum Atlantic vinyl from 1970. This very first pressing features the ultra rare and swiftly-withdrawn 'Peter Grant: Executive Producer' credit, together with the legends, 'Do what thou wilt' and 'So mote it be', etched into the run-out areas of the disc, showing this to be a very first day of issue copy. The beautifully designed fully-laminated gatefold sleeve with revolving wheel is as good as any I have ever seen with strong straight edges and no cornerwear, no edgewear and no spinewear, and therefore warrants a comfortable EX+ grading. Both sides of this VG disc look lovely in normal light with just a few light surface and scuff marks to be seen even examined under strong halogen lighting, and certainly no deep feelable scratches.
