Description:
A superb condition 1970 very early UK pressing of Led Zeppelin's III on the original "Red/Plum" Atlantic labels with an A-5/B-5 matrix, 'Celebration' track label error soon corrected to 'Celebration Day' and complete with original gatefold sleeve and poly-lined inner sleeve.

Disc Visual Grade: NEAR MINT!
Superb 'factory-fresh' gloss when viewed in both natural light and direct strong halogen spotlight, no scratches, blemishes or hairlines to report. A superb visual example of a difficult record to find in such fine condition. The disc sits completely flat on the turntable with no warping or dishing. The labels are clean and unworn. Wow!
Audio Grade: NEAR MINT!
The playback is faultless, there are quiet lead-ins to both sides. There are no pops or clicks to detract from the music. No background crackle or distortion. Obviously in this top condition there are no skips or sticks. Superb! A real treat for Led Zeppelin fans looking for a much sought-after top grade condition press. Stunning!

The 1st version 'wheel' gatefold sleeve is in fantastic condition. Clean front, back and insides, no rips, stains or pen to report. Fully working wheel, clear fully readable spine. Light handling only!
