****THIS HAS THE EARLIEST 7ARTS CREDIT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LABEL, PRECEEDING ANY OTHER PRESSES AND EVEN THE TURQUOISE SLEEVE BY WEEKS****THIS PRESS IS FAR RARER THAN LABELS WITHOUT THIS, ZEP'S OWN PRODUCTION FIRM CREDIT WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF THOUSAND BELIEVED TO BE PRESSED (as per Record Collector information).

 

!!!!A VERY HARD FIND!!! Most have been bought up by collectors!! This is hardly offered these days!!

In all my years this is only the second time I have come across this variation thought to be one of the rarest Zep issues. Sensational sound quality, I have played this through in its entirety and it was a great joy!!! NO skips or jumps. NO clicks or crackle, this is really a stunning heavy glossy jet black vinyl .  Inspected under an intense lightsource and angled.

 

                       

Vinyl: EX++.  A sensational find!!! I have played this in FULL twice over> The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! Two very feint short hairlines only. I first played for a general listen and a second time for a more detailed observation. Fantastic songcraft!! I am very glad to be able to report that this is a fine slab of vinyl without any problems at all and as such worthy of inclusion of any great prog collection. Of course NO jumps/clicks/skips etc.

 

 

 

 Sleeve: VG++.

 Front AND back laminated. Printed by MacNeill Press Ltd. London, S.E.1. The spine is 100% and fully readable. As customary at the time pinched top and bottom. It has the grey bar to the bottom. Has an indentation mark towards the left bottom (please see picture above), holding me back from an EX grading. Slight lamination lift near the spine. All albums of the time have this. Despite the mark mentioned this is still a lovely sleeve, far better than many I have seen. NO split, NO tears, NO writing, sharp edges without wear.

 

***This is a unique investment opportunity!!! Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible!!! This is  a great and seriously collectable super album!!  You will buy into a piece of  prog core history.***

             This is a unique investment opportunity!!! Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.
