Description

L.A. ROCKS, ‘Cocaine’ b/w ‘Reach Out’ (Rock Records, 1979)

WHOA! Completely undocumented and, prior to a few years ago, unknown to even exist, this, the lone DOUG MOODY produced single by obscure L.A. hard rockers L.A. ROCKS, represents the FIRST recorded musical moments of later LONDON and W.A.S.P. rockers MICHAEL WHITE & RANDY PIPER! Absolutely ripping, punk-metal cross-over, this single’s obscurity is absolutely inexplicable as the top-side, ’Cocaine,’ is likely to appeal to hard rock and heavy metal, glam and punk collectors equally while the flip-side, 'Reach Out,' presages MICHAEL WHITE's later ROBERT PLANT tributes with THE WHITE. Never issued in sleeve and on a pre-Moxie one-off subsidiary, you do NOT see this up for sale very often and, if you do, it’s probably not in this copy’s amazing condition. LOOKS UNPLAYED! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS! CLICK BELOW FOR SOUND CLIPS!

Apologies in advance, but the postage rates are prohibitively high for sending insured mail overseas. Thank You.
