Artist: King Crimson

Catalog: UK Island ILPS 9175 original pink rim palm tree label.

Jacket: VG+ only for top edge wear as shown in the photos. There are no splits on the original issue tip on jacket. The original unipak type inner sleeve depicting the USA issue artwork is also intact with no splits. No ring wear.

LP: Visual near mint with hardly any signs of use. The play grade is exceptionally quiet for a UK Island pressing. There is an occasional super light tick now and then, more then. NO pops or surface noise such as ripping sounds or back wash noise. There is a light non visible rotational tick on the last track on side two. This is where the string section tuning up and ends with the count in. Not actually an official part of the album material, it was tacked on to all issues as far as I know. My play grade is a VG+.

Notes: Crimson took an even further departure on this, their fourth album, adding some classical chamber elements. There are still those bursts of musical power that plow through now and then. This is a beautiful and rare original UK copy !!
