Description

Up for auction is a very clean copy of the Kenny Dorham album "Una Mas (One More Time)" released on Blue Note Records (BLP 4127) in 1963.  This is a guaranteed original first mono pressing.  Correct "New York USA" labels with "Ears" and "VanGelder" stamped in the deadwax.  Correct "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address on back of album cover.  Comes with original factory Blue Note paper inner sleeve.
Cover is in beautiful condition.  High gloss lamination is shiny and new looking.  No ring wear or chips.  Lamination along the upper right open edge shows a very slight lifting, but it's not very noticeable, and doesn't detract from the overall attractiveness of the cover (see photo).  Corners are sharp, no bumps or creases.  Back cover is a beautiful bone white, no ring wear, rubbing, or writing.  Very clean.  Does have a former price sticker in upper right corner.  Could be removed, but I'll leave that up to the buyer if desired.  Overall, I'd grade this cover Near Mint Minus (NM-).
The vinyl is also in top condition.  Retains its original high gloss shine.  No obvious scratches or scuffs.  Maybe some faint signs of having been taken out of the paper inner sleeve, but nothing that detracts from the overall beautiful impression.  Labels are bright and clean, no marks around the spindle holes.  Looks very well preserved and clean.  Play tested, and the sound is beautiful and clean full-bodied mono, with no background noise distractions.  I'd grade the vinyl Near Mint (NM).
