Description

JOHNNY BURNETTE and the ROCK 'N ROLL TRIO LP Coral 57080 probably the RAREST R & R LP; this is the real thing! Disc is a solid VG/VG- & plays fine all the way through (it was played on a high quality turntable & cartridge; only side 2 has any crackles or pops). Disc has virtually full gloss & no other problems other than a few small light slide marks; there are a couple of small light scratches on side 2 mentioned for the sake of accuracy. There are a couple of spindle marks around the hole but it doesn't look like it was played more than a few times; at first glance it looks to be near mint! The cover is bright, glossy & nice with none of the often-encountered circular marks on the surface from improper storage. The top edge looks to have been repaired (possibly split part way) - the other 2 edges are split-free & solid. There is NO writing or other problems, just a very small area of browning/aging on the upper right area of the reverse as seen in image. This LP is from a collection that was stored for 30+ years here in Butler & that's probably the reason for the aging/split at the top edge.
