• Bidders with poor feedback  may have their bids cancelled at my sole discretion. This may include  international buyers with under 5 feedback. 

• Once you have received  your item, please let me know all is well by leaving positive feedback  and I will do the same. If there is a problem, let me know straight away  so I can resolve it. 

• If you are in any way  unhappy with the transaction, please don't just leave negative or  neutral feedback. Let me know what the problem is and I will do my best  to resolve it. Leaving feedback as a first option will not get a refund  or replacement. • I am a private seller so returns are only allowed if there has been an error in the listing  or the item is genuinely faulty.
• If damaged by courier, refunds only  available once claim has been settled.
• Clothes without tags cannot be returned  because of change of mind or don't fit as they may have been worn. Brand  new clothes with tags can be returned, as long as all tags are still on,  and there is no sign of wear. No postage costs are refundable.
• Items must be received within 7 days.
• All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. 
• Software is not refundable. 
• Sealed items, such as CDs, that have  been opened are not refundable.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
