Hello Beatle people!  Up for sale this time, we offer a very exclusive, almost one of a kind item.  From all the research I have gathered on this album, it is most likely one of the rarest pressings, if not the rarest pressing of " IMAGINE " in the world.  The Labels for this piece feature Orange unsliced Apple Labels on both sides of the disc.  These Labels are very much like the Labels used on George Harrisons LP " ALL THINGS MUST PASS "

In 1975, EMI/Apple did a small pressing of most of the Beatles LP Catalog, along with a few Solo Beatles LP's on this Beautiful, unsliced, Orange Apple Label.  With New Zealand being a relatively small island nation, Only 200 - 500 copy's of this EMI/Apple title were ever pressed, Very  Rare indeed!   From sources that I have spoken to, it is believed that EMI/Apple had a small surplus of these unsliced Orange labels, quite possibly from Harrisons " ALL THINGS MUST PASS " LP, and thus used them up on these pressings.  One thing is quite certain, this is a huge rareity, and is a must have for the Serious Beatles collector/Investor.

COVER CONDITION:  VG++   The unlaminated cover for this piece, has an ocassional stress crease on the seam areas, these however are very minor, and do not take a thing away from it's attractive overall appearance.

RECORD LABELS CONDITION:  NM-   The rare labels for this gem, are in the most excellent condition.  The only discrepancy that is visible is on side 2, where there is a tiny dark spot.  After a thorough inspection, it appears as though this was done by the factory printer.  Other than this area the labels are Beautiful.

RECORD VINYL CONDITION:  NM-    The Vinyl for this item is also in the most excellent of conditions.  Side 1, has a light inner sleeve scuff.  And side 2, has a wisp of an angelhair scratch on track 3.  This Record is absolutely Gorgeous!
