John Fahey - Vol 2 - Death Chants Breakdowns & Military Waltzes Original 1st Press LP! Takoma C1003 Berkeley, CA address
Authentic First Pressing! No booklet unfortunately. Seam Split along top and bottom about 1/3 the way. These pressings are incredibly rare. I am only selling to finance a creative project. Use whatever knowledge you have about these to determine whether you want to bid. I want at least $100 for it so the bidding starts there. It's just not worth it to me to let this artifact go for any less.
Disc: Strict VG only scuffy, plays perfect, no scratches Cover: VG seam splits and staining
I ship LP’s in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard insert. Shipments go out on Tuesday and Friday. I must receive payment by noon Monday to ship Tuesday, and by noon Thursday to ship Friday. However, please note my 3 day handling time in case things get in the way.
Grading is as follows:
Disc:
SS Still Sealed - in factory-fresh condition
M Mint - I don't use this grade.
M- Mint Minus - a near perfect, probably unplayed record
VG+ Very Good Plus close to like new with only superficial signs of use that dont affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to VG+. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.
VG Very Good - a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between
tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG- Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
G+ Good Plus. In the record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records.
Cover:
SS( Still Sealed): Album is still in the factory shrink wrapping.
M (Mint): Absolutely perfect. No corner dings, marks, tears, dents, impressions from the disc or other flaws.
NM (Near Mint) or M-: Very Minor signs of wear or cover impressions.
VG+: Minor corner creases or signs of slight wear. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.
VG: Cover is clean but may have minor marks and may show slight wear. There might be slight discoloration or staining. Minor ringwear.
VG-: Seams may be starting to split. There is moderate ringwear but the artwork is still attractive. There may be yellowing or discoloration and there might be writing, labels or marks. Corners may have damage or creases.
G+: Same deal as the discs.
