Regarded as one of the best rock albums of all time, this EXCELLENT UK mono 1st pressing dates from initial May 1967 release

Each is clean & unworn showing only some well-aimed spindle trails around each unworn centre hole. The smal mark at the top of label 1 is silver ink from manufacture and not missing paper or wear.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which retain all of their factory shine. The only visual blemishes visible in strong daylight are three non-feelable fingernail scuffs on side 2 but there is nothing of any significance on side 1. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveal little more than a few harmless wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines but no scratches or any other major visual faults.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT
This well looked-after and carefully played copy sounds superb throughout and is totally free from any groove/playwear distortion or any major faults. The only noticeable audible blemish which occurred during my play-check was some light background on the introduction to 'May This Be Love'. This highly enjoyable sounding copy will not disappoint.
Cover: EXCELLENT
An extremely respectable example of this cover which is tough to find in anything approaching this condition.
The front panel is richly coloured and retains an unscratched high-gloss laminate bearing just a few of small 'thumbnail' and edge wrinkles, but no storage rubbing or ringwear. There is slight shelfwear rubbing to the right corners but no bumps or bruising to any. There is a touch of wear to he front opening edge but no tears or feathering either side. The exposed, unlaminated rear panel is clean & unworn with the only blemish being a name and date ('June 1968') written discreetly in red ink in the upper right corner.
Both seams are smooth and unstressed and the delicate spine is perfectly clean, white and fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Clean & flat with slight age-toning, but no writing, seam splits or tears.
