NOTES:

Clearly a RARE MEMPHIS HEAVY STONER FUZZ GUITAR ROCK/PSYCH LP.....

 RECORDED
IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE, AND PRODUCED IN PART BY MARK JAMES, STAFF
PRODUCER AT CHIPS MOMAN'S STUDIO, AND THE SONGWRITER WHO WROTE
"SUSPICIOUS MIND” FOR ELVIS - AS WELL AS MANY MORE IMPORTANT HITS IN THE 1960s and early 1970s ~ "JOSEPH" WAS ACTUALLY A PSYCHED-OUT BLUES GUITARIST FROM HOUSTON, TEXAS BY THE  NAMED OF JOSEPH LONGERIA -

JOSEPH was DISCOVERED BY STEVE TYRELL OF "SCEPTER" (see liner notes below from the album)  AT A 'BATTLE OF BLUES GUITARISTS'. JOSEPH WAS ANYTHING BUT ATRADITIONAL BLUES GUITARIST AND THIS ALBUM HAS BECOME A MUST-HAVE FOR THE PSYCH vinyl listener…

" I FIRST SAW JOSEPH IN HOUSTON, TEXAS. HE WAS ON STAGE IN WHAT WAS PUBLICIZED AS THE "BATTLE OF BLUES GUITARS" BETWEEN B.B. KING, AND T.BONE WALKER AND JOSEPH LONG.  HE BLEW MY MIND. . ."

" (Liner notes by Steve Tyrell, Scepter Records)

:: VINYL CONDITION: NEAR MINT  ( appears arguably unplayed; there is NO evident spindle marks on either side; there is no finger-print oil on either bright and clean labels; grooves are unmarked; rainbowy shine under light; cleaned on a VPI professional record cleaner. One could not hope to finder a cleaner copy here! Add to this is a original promo copy ( and yes, this is an original match set - record and cover - with "Not for Sale" printing on label and attached label as discribed previously.)

COVER CONDITION: VG++ ( no former owner's writing or any other defacing marks here; NO HOLES; corner tip wear; slight beginning ring wear ; edge wear ;spine label readable; staright spine; no stains; and a very, very presentable cover in top condition!)

Note: IMHO no other cover rocks like this stone aged man cover designed by "Jim Visconti
