Very rare double-album comprising sound-art pieces, lectures, interviews and music by William S. Burroughs, Chris Burden, Joseph Beuys, and others. Includes a large fold-out poster, and a six-panel insert with photos of all contributors.

"Revolutions Per Minute: The Art Record was issued by the Ronald Feldman Gallery in 1982. Chris Burden contributed a poem, The Atomic Alphabet; other artists' contributions consist of spoken texts and documentary recordings of lectures and interviews. Les Levine contributed a country and western tune. Hannah Wilke's Stand Up is a feminist anthem. David Smyth orchestrated three typewriters for his piece, Typewriter in D."

CONDITION: Cover is in excellent condition save for light wear and a faint discolored patch. The discs are in excellent condition; they play beautifully, with no skips and little or no surface noise.

I ship all records in an exceptionally sturdy padded mailer via USPS media mail with delivery confirmation. This costs $3.90 (including $1.50 for the record mailer) for up to three records, and usually takes 3 to 10 days to arrive. Insurance for media mail is optional; it costs $1.30 for coverage up to $50.00, and $2.20 for coverage up to $100.00.
