Details

ULTRA RARE, and LONG OUT OF PRINT, this is one of the coolest items to be released on Freddy Lynxx's Sucksex Records Label back in 1997. It's called the Countdown Love EP, and it features two studio versions of the song, one by Thunders, the other by Jerry Nolan.

Side A is the 'Johnny Thunders Side' and it is a studio recording of Countdown Love from March 1985 at Tin Pan Alley Studios in London with his band The Black Cats (and also Michael Monroe & Stiv Bators on vocals).

Side B is the 'Jerry Nolan Side' and it a studio recording of 'Countdown Love' with Jerry's band from Stockholm, which included Michael Thimren and Syl Sylvain.

Only 300 copies of this single was pressed, so it's scarce. I was lucky enough to buy a copy of it at the time and put it away in secure storage - so it's never been played, as new!

You will not find a copy of this in better condition anywhere. Must have for all Dolls/ Thunders fans.

I am a long time Thunders fan selling off my collection - so check my other auctions.
