LABEL #: Apple T-5001 (presumed)

COVER GRADE: VG++ (Sealed with White Circular Sticker, Paper Bag outer shows light edge wear on top and bottom, light scuffing on front, tiny spot of paper loss near top left corner, and one light crease near top left corner)

VINYL GRADE: Sealed (presumed mint)

OTHER NOTES: From what I have researched and as far as I can tell this is the original US press (sealed with a White Circular Sticker and opening on the right hand side, there are no barcodes, dates, catalog numbers or any other tell-tale markings on the exterior), obviously I don't want to break the seal in order to check the matrix numbers so please use your best judgement and do your own research if you have any doubts.
