Giant Steps is one of the finest and most important jazz albums ever made.
While this was John Coltrane's debut for Atlantic, he was concurrently performing and recording with Miles Davis on Columbia and within the space of less than three weeks would complete his work with Davis on Kind of Blue and start on this one.

Outstanding sound quality to this pressing.
Plays beautifully with just some low-level ticks on some of the very quietest moments noted but nothing major and nothing else to fault
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
The fully laminated cover is clean and sharp with unworn edges and spine where all text is clear and bold.
There are some scratch makes to the laminate and some creasing but nothing major.
All-in-all a fine example
