This is one of Nigeria and Ghana's rarest records....and unfortunately isn't in the best shape...that said it's a passable copy if you're OK with a bit of crackle.. Cry Laughter is 17 mins long and breaks around halfway into an almost different track - listen to the end of the soundfile. The band is almost certainly the Sweet Talks with the unmistakable sound of Arthur Kennedy on Trumpet (Sweet Talks, Ebo Taylor, K.frimpong). Great drumming and Jazzy organ. Needs a good home - you won't see this again in a hurry believe me.
Condition: Record VG MINUS (G+ IN Quiter parts) Visually there's nothing horific - no deep white scatches or gouges just quite fewsmall marks and lines that give the record a crackly sound throughout most of the begining of each side and the odd pop in places, No Skips or Jumps. Towards the ends of the sides it plays better - especially on "Africa is Soul". .....listen to the soundfiles and decide for yourself. Sleeve is in a bit of a state, dirty with lots of peel off and water damage and tape along the bottom and spine - labels are fine--check the scans..
