Description
JOE ALEXANDER – BLUE JUBILEE – JAZZLAND 923S – M-/M- - STEREO Recorded on June 20, 1960, this Jazzland session was the first and only one of Joe Alexander, featured on tenor. He’s accompanied by John Hunt on gtrumpet and flugelhorn, Bobby Timmons on piano, Sam Jones on bass and albert “Tootie” Heath on drums. SIDE 1: BLUE JUBILEE; BROWN’S TOWN and I’LL CLOSE MY EYES. SIDE 2: TERRI’S BLUES and WEIRD BEARD. This is a STEREO recording.
I have graded both the record jacket and the vinyl as M- for the following reasons. The vinyl is clean of any marks on both sides. There is no sign of wear in or around the spindle hole and the vinyl retains its original luster. The record jacket shows no sign of wear and appears much as it did when purchased. On the bottom of the liner notes is “RHS 25”. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Satisfaction guaranteed on item. I regret that the USPS has raised their prices. The LP will be well packed. Fully packed in a crush proof box, it weighs 1.10 pounds. Due to increased cost, I have to charge an additional $1.00 for packing in the crush proof box. Believe me, it’s worth it! The method of payment is PayPal. As of October 20, 2008, eBay has decided to make PayPal the only method of payment for this item! This way, eBay has you coming and going! If you are a bidder who prefers to pay by other means, I suggest that you file a complaint! I regret the inconvenience. The LP will be shipped either by Media Rate @ $3.17 or by Priority Mail @ $5.95 and up depending where you reside. Overseas bidders should consider First Class Mail International. The cost to Europe and Asia begins at $22.30 in the crush proof box. It’s worth it! USPS has hammered overseas shipping!
