This album here comes from my Grandfathers store established sometime in the mid 1940s, which we used to sell Jewelry, Electronics, Musical instruments, and vinyl RECORDS!
This item slipped through the cracks, and never got sold...so this is NOS. ( New Old Stock )
I am very familiar with with STILL SEALED, or the SS...as I like to buy these types of Records for my own collection!...plus, I worked ( Store Manager ) at the store, and backing this one as the real deal from the factory STILL SEALED...
DETIALS:
THE OUTER SLEEVE JACKET COVER GRADE: NEAR MINT(NM) OR MINT MINUS (M-).
Factory cellophane is taunt and does have the distinct, unique small breath holes in the cellophane shrink wrap, as should be present with this album...and can be seen in the pictures above.
*SPECIAL NOTE:
These Jimmy Ruffin albums without these breath holes present, more than likely, have been re-wrapped in a newer, non factory cellophane.
Also, these Jimmy Ruffin albums that do not have a taunt ~ tight shrink wrap fit, with instead, a loose fit, more than likely, may have been re-wrapped in a newer, non factory cellophane.*...
Which I believe have seen here listed on Ebay.
