JIMI HENDRIX AT THE ISLE OF WIGHT
Issue : UK 1st PRESS Label : POLYDOR
Catalogue No : 2302016 Matrix : 2302016 A1//B1
This UK 1st press is on the earliest plain red Polydor label. It is complete with the earliest A1/B1 matrix, the original polylined inner sleeve and matt EJ Day sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition. There is a sensational jet black gloss and no sign of heavy play at all. There are however a few light marls on both sides. The labels are extremely clean with vivid red and bright text. There is only the slightest spindle wear.
The sound quality is Very Good. The vinyl lies flat on the turntable and the sound is rich, bold and clear. There is light noise but it still has the original clarity and separation throughout.
The matt EJ Day sleeve is in Very Good condition. The image and text are sharp and the colours are bright. There is a small scuff on the front and light edge wear. The whole sleeve is still solid and the spine is firm.
