Machine Stamped Matrices
This is the very first (1973) UK Polydor pressing of this Double LP following the original 1968 'Track' label pressing. The records have been pressed with Sides A/D & B/C like the Track orignal and the matrices (613008/9) are the same as the original pressing - later Polydor pressings had 2310269/70 matrices. The cover is laminated whereas later Polydor pressings were unlaminated.
Cover: 1st Polydor pressing fully laminated gatefold cover with the naked ladies on the front cover. Has the 2657 012 De Luxe Double text at the base of the inside of the gatefold. There is some edge and spine wear. No writings or doodles. Rates as VG+.
Labels: Excellent+ - no writings, doodles or stickers.
Vinyl: Not play tested. Side A looks VG(-). Side D looks VG. Side B looks VG(-). Side C looks VG. Still retains quite a nice sheen. Will probably have some background crackle/pops etc. Would benefit from a clean - not played for over 30 years.

Gradings.......Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
