'The Jungle Planet' depicts the story of a lone cosmic traveller, the last human alive, searching for the origin of species on a super planet inhabited by "dream collectors" who hold the secrets of life. The story is soundtracked by a lush, ten track suite of classic Millsian techno romance scoping spiralling beatless scapes, plushest harmonies and some of Jeff's finest Afro-futurist rhythm encryptions, with a particular emphasis on sub-heavy, swinging patterns. Includes an extra track (A2). A new installment from "Sleeper Wakes series". Color jacket/ inner sleeve containing the story by Jeff Mills. Fifth and final chapter in Jeff Mills' intergalactic search for existential awakening.
