Very, very hard to find progressive psych/folk album in the vein of Comus, High Tide, King Crimson, ISB. A nice quality album with really strong exciting tracks.
THE SUPREME VINYL PLAYS GREAT ALL THE WAY THROUGH BOTH SIDES ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME WISPY HAIRLINES.
THE STEREO REPRODUCTION IS SUPERB AND EVERY NOTE IS HEARD CLEARLY AND CRISPLY WITHOUT DISTORTION. NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO STICKS OR JUMPS!
IT ILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE THIS TURNS UP AGAIN WITH AGAIN MORE TAKERS THAN EVER BEFORE. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT INVESTMENT PIECE.
Vinyl: VG+. A sublime vinyl with fantastic sound reproduction. No marks, some fine hairlines, still looks gleaming and glossy. There are a few paper retraction traces visible under a strong light source. First press matrices and mother stampers. I have played this in full and the stereo sound is still supreme and this plays with gusto. Light static in places but would improve with a clean of your choice. This will be a fantastic item for most long time psych collectors!
Gatefold Sleeve: EX. Glossy gatefold sleeve which still retains its original pvc attached inner with the foam strip, as first issued. Light thumb crease near opening. The spine is 100% legible. A nice crisp opening. A real hard one to find, especially complete and without damage. This is a super rare album and only the first ever I have come across as an original first press.
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next prog album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. Get this while you still can. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.
