Condition Sleeve: VG+(ring wear and some dings along edges)
Comment: Hard to find great disco/modern soul from New Mexico (no way!). Good mix of up-tempo and mid-tempo originals. Included is a clip from the dance floor burner “This Love Is Real”.

All records graded visually and very conservatively on a scale of Sealed (factory sealed), M- (looks new but not sealed), EX (been played but looks great and sounds great), VG+ (some scuffs but plays great with little noticeable noise), VG (noticeable visible scuffs and audible pops and scratches but plays through), VG- (visible marks and loud scratches and most likely a skip or two), G (looks bad and plays bad).
